SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Limited stock is held at all times. Fins can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture prior to shipping. Please contact us to inquire if your item is in stock.

Domestic Shipping

Express Domestic Post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. It also means that when your order is dispatched you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your delivery. The tracking number and notifications are sent to the email address that you provide upon checkout. Our domestic express shipping is left in a safe place at your address. If you don’t want the items left unattended we recommend the use of AusPost parcel lockers.

International Shipping

 

Internationally shipped items are sent standard international mail. The customer is responsible for any additional duties on arrival. International shipping can take between 1-3 weeks depending on destination country and custom clearance processes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item. The item or items must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as possible to ensure you are able to return items within the 14 day timeframe. Please not, custom designed fins are non-refundable do to the tailor-made nature of this product.
